I've been following the case of Charles Glasgow Jr., and something that's been bothering me is the time of the incident. Elmira might not be the busiest place just after midnight on a February night, but there’s a good chance someone saw or heard something around Linden Place and Oak Street. Even the smallest detail could be crucial! To anyone in the area that night, I hope you'll think back. A passing car, a distant noise, anything out of the ordinary could help piece together the puzzle. The pain and uncertainty his family are going through are unimaginable. They deserve answers, and Charles deserves justice. Let’s hope more people come forward with information so his loved ones aren’t left in the dark any longer. Has anyone else thought about the potential significance of the time and place, or heard anything from locals?
