I’ve been thinking about how much Joshua meant to everyone who knew him, especially when you hear about how he was always ready to lend a helping hand. It’s hard not to feel immense sadness for his family, particularly knowing he had dreams and goals so close to being within reach. I came across an old yearbook picture of him recently, and it’s clear he was the kind of person who radiated positivity—such a genuine smile. The fact that everything points to it being a tragic accident doesn't make it any easier for those who loved him. But it also highlights how essential it is for us to constantly remind ourselves and others about safety, especially during activities like hunting. My thoughts are with his family and friends as they navigate life without such a vital part of their community. Sending love and strength to everyone affected by Joshua’s passing.
