I’ve been following the case of Rashad Snowden, and I'm really taken aback by the lack of progress made in solving this senseless act of violence. It's frustrating to think that it’s been so long without any arrests or solid leads. I can’t even begin to imagine how Rashad’s family and friends must be feeling, waiting day in and day out for justice that keeps slipping away. The community must be rallying support, but I truly hope more people come forward with any information that might help piece together what happened that day. It's moments like these that remind us all of the urgency to combat gun violence and bring peace to neighborhoods like Rashad's. If anyone knows something, now is the time to speak up—it could make all the difference.
Has anyone else been struck by the lack of detail released about the Avenue E shooting? It's been over three years now, and we still haven't heard anything about potential suspects or motives for Rashad Snowden's murder. Given that it happened in broad daylight, it's hard to believe there were no witnesses. I can't imagine how Rashad's family and friends must feel with no answers after all this time. It's a heartbreaking reality too many families face, and it's so frustrating to see justice stalled like this. If anyone has any thoughts or theories about why we haven't seen more progress on this case, I'd love to hear them. Let's hope that someone with even a small piece of information comes forward soon so we can get some justice for Rashad and his loved ones.
It's been over three years since Rashad Snowden's tragic death, and it still feels like the community is waiting for answers. I was thinking about how Rashad must have felt that morning, just standing outside on Avenue E, not knowing what was about to happen. How could something so awful take place in broad daylight? We often hear about investigations being in progress, but it doesn't bring much comfort when there are no updates. Knowing Donte St. Louis survived that day is a small relief, but it must be a heavy burden for him to carry. I sincerely hope he’s found support and healing since the shooting. Meanwhile, Rashad’s family is left without closure or justice. For all of us living in Rochester, does anyone know if community groups are rallying around his family or organizing efforts to reduce this senseless violence? It feels like more voices need to be heard. Sending strength and support to everyone affected.
