This case has stuck with me for a while now. I’ve always been curious about whether there was any info on David Bleaney’s workplace circumstances around his disappearance. Was there anything peculiar that happened at his job before he vanished? Sometimes tensions or incidents at work can trigger unexpected actions in people. If he truly was a “hardworking individual” as mentioned, maybe someone there had a clue about his mindset at the time. Were any colleagues interviewed that raised eyebrows? Feels like time to dig into all possible angles again. Thoughts?
Has anyone else looked into the local folklore around the area where David Bleaney went missing? I recently came across some old newspaper clippings from the mid-70s that mentioned a few strange occurrences around Charleston at the time. Not saying this is directly connected, but there seemed to be a lot of odd happenings that year. Could it just be coincidence, or is there potentially more to this story that got lost in the shuffle?
