I've been following Julian Oden's case, and I can't stop thinking about his kids. Losing their father at such a young age must be an incredibly tough ordeal for them. From what I've read, Julian was nicknamed "Rampage," and I wonder what kind of father he was to his two little ones. It's so important for them to have memories of the good times they shared, no matter how young they might be. I truly hope their family has a strong support system to help them through this difficult time. With the progress in the case against Moore and Stone, I'm hopeful that justice will bring some sense of closure for Julian's family. Does anyone know if there's any community support being offered to Julian’s wife and kids?

I find it so distressing thinking about the aftermath of Julian Oden's murder, especially for his wife and kids. The impact this crime has had on his family just can't be overstated. When you hear about the terrible circumstances of his passing, it really brings home how senseless and devastating drug-related violence can be. What particularly struck me was how close Saint Barnabas Hospital was, yet Julian didn't make it. Can you imagine what his wife must have gone through, hearing that shot and rushing to help, only to face the unthinkable in those frantic moments? My heart truly goes out to her and their children. It's scary to think about the boldness of the suspects too, fleeing practically right outside the front door. It makes me wonder if there are more safety measures that could keep tragic events like this from happening. I hope that through the trial, there’s some justice and perhaps some peace for Julian's loved ones. How do you all think communities can better address these underlying issues to prevent future tragedies?

I've been following Julian Oden's case and was struck by how close Saint Barnabas Hospital was to his apartment. It's so tragic that despite being just across the street, medical help wasn't enough to save him. This really drives home how quickly life can change and how even immediate assistance can't always alter the course of these violent events. For his wife to have been there, heard the commotion, and then to find him in such a state... it's unimaginable. I hope she and the children have lots of support around them during this time. These types of crimes leave scars on the whole community, and I pray they find some peace and justice as the proceedings unfold.
