I just keep thinking about the impact Erskine Dodson Jr.'s passing has had on his kids. I can't even begin to imagine what they must be going through right now. Parents are supposed to be around to guide and support you, and losing a father in such a sudden, violent way is just unimaginable. It seems like he was someone who had a genuine love for life and his family, and to have that ripped away is incredibly unfair. There's been talk in the community about how we should address gun violence, but I'm more interested in how we can support his family moving forward. It’s crucial that we rally around them during this difficult time, not just by offering thoughts and prayers, but through tangible support as well. Does anyone know if there have been any local organizations or efforts established to help his children and family? We should definitely stay informed on ways to contribute. ?
