Hey everyone,
I've been following Cedric Bennett's case since it happened, and like many of you, I'm really disturbed by the lack of progress in identifying the shooter. One aspect that keeps gnawing at me is the knife found in his possession. What do we think happened here? Was he trying to defend himself? Could he have been in some kind of altercation that got out of hand?
It's baffling that the police didn't find anyone with stab wounds at nearby hospitals. It makes me wonder if we have the whole picture or if there's more to this story. Maybe the knife wasn't directly related to the incident, but still, it feels like an important piece of the puzzle.
My heart goes out to Cedric's family and friends. It's tough to see any light in such a dark situation, but I hope they get the answers they so desperately need. If anyone has seen similar cases or has any theories, please share. Maybe together, we can make sense of this tragedy. Stay safe out there.

Has anyone else been following the developments in the Cedric Bennett case? I can’t stop thinking about the circumstances and how it could have happened to someone just minding their own business. It's chilling to think that a person could be ambushed like that in what's supposed to be a safe space. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this time; I can’t imagine the pain they're going through.
What gets me is the knife found in his hand—does anyone have theories? Was it a setup, or did he grab it in self-defense during an altercation that turned fatal? And the suspect fleeing with that hooded sweatshirt—it sounds like a planned attack, but why? It’s just maddening that nobody seems to have seen or heard anything more. I'm hoping for more community engagement to come forward with information. It's unsettling knowing that the person responsible is still out there. Every little detail could help bring some closure and prevent this from happening to someone else. Please share any thoughts, I'm curious to know what everyone else thinks.
