I can't stop thinking about how no arrests have been made yet. It must be so difficult for Orlandito's family, especially his children, to not have any closure or justice. I mean, it's been over three years since he was killed. How many more families have to endure this kind of pain before the authorities manage to find the person responsible? I know the NYPD has been working on it, but I really hope they gather enough evidence soon. Maybe someone in the community will come forward with information that could help. It just feels so unfair for his loved ones, having to live with this tragic loss every day without any answers. Sending love and strength to them all.

Hey everyone, It’s truly awful to hear about what happened to Orlando Valarezzo. The part that really stood out to me about this tragedy is the mention of how much he loved children. It's evident that he was a beloved father, and I can’t even begin to imagine what his kids are going through right now. Losing a parent in such a violent way is unimaginably traumatic. Has anyone heard anything from the community or local authorities on whether there are any new leads in the case? It's so unsettling that someone could get away with such a brazen act in a public place. This just shows the importance of coming together as a community to push for justice and support his family. Sending all my love and strength to them during this truly difficult time.

I’ve been following this case from the beginning, and one detail that sticks out to me is about the neighborhood atmosphere on Post Avenue. Inwood residents have always talked about how their community felt like a tight-knit place where everyone knew each other. It’s hard to wrap my head around such a violent act occurring in what many consider a friendly, neighborhood setting. It gets me thinking about how this could affect witnesses' willingness to come forward if the fear of retaliation is hanging over them. In these communities, sometimes people feel torn between doing what’s right and protecting their families. I genuinely hope this doesn’t hold people back from helping Orlando’s family find the justice they deserve. I can't imagine what they're going through, trying to cope with their loss and the uncertainty surrounding the case. If anyone knows people in the area, encouraging folks to share any info, no matter how small, might really help. Supporting his family in seeking justice could also help keep his memory in the community without adding further strain to those already suffering.
