Every time I read about gang-related violence, I feel like it’s another reminder of how these situations often drag in those who are completely innocent. Angel Caraballo’s involvement, given that he had no criminal record or gang ties, just emphasizes the randomness and unpredictability of this type of violence. It makes me wonder if he knew anything about the potential risks of being in the car with Vives or if he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I came across this case recently and it's incredibly sad. I'm wondering about the ballistic evidence found a block away from the crash site. Does anyone else think this could suggest that the shooter was waiting for them or followed them for some time before opening fire?
