I've been following the case of Gregory Dubuisson and something that's been on my mind is the role of community safety in Nyack. It’s haunting to think that this was the third homicide in the area that year. I’m wondering if there’s a broader issue at play here, like maybe resources or community programs that need addressing to prevent these tragedies? It's just so important for the community to come together and find solutions to keep things like this from happening again. The loss of Gregory is a tremendous tragedy, and his family deserves every support. My heart goes out to them during this incredibly difficult time. If there's anything we, as a community, can do to help or remember him, I'd love to be a part of it. Does anyone know of any efforts or memorials happening? Or any forums for discussing preventative measures? Let's rally and see if we can prevent such losses in our community.
