Just came across this case and I'm shattered thinking about what Destiny's family is going through. What's hitting me hard is the idea that Destiny and her friends were just trying to make a quick marketplace sale, something so many of us do without a second thought. It just shows how unexpectedly dangerous such a routine activity can turn. What's frustrating and troubling is the legal wrangling that seems to be dragging on. Brandon Rivera's sentence doesn't seem to bring any closure when he claims he didn’t fire the gun. And now with Sincere Cancer's indictment, it feels like more questions are getting raised than answered. It scares me to think about the pressure her family is under, enduring these dragged-out court processes while holding onto hope for justice. Does anyone know if there's been an update on who might actually be responsible for the shooting? I can't even begin to imagine how hard it is for Destiny's loved ones to not have a clear resolution, especially when she's not here to have her day in court. My heart goes out to all of them.

I've been following Destiny Greene's case closely, and I came across something that really got me thinking about how complex this situation is. While we know that Brandon Rivera was sentenced last year after pleading guilty to attempted robbery, he insists he wasn't the one who fired the fatal shot. Now, with Sincere Cancer's arraignment, it seems like there's still so much left to unravel. I'm curious about how often it's the case that there are multiple suspects, and we don't know for sure who delivered the fatal act of violence. It must be incredibly difficult for Destiny's family and friends to find any sense of peace or closure when questions remain unanswered. My heart goes out to them as they navigate the twists and turns of this ongoing legal process. Has anyone here seen similar cases where it took years to piece together what really happened? It feels like the burden of this tragedy is being prolonged by the complexity of figuring out who exactly is responsible.
