Has anyone else been following the situation around Jefferson Avenue and Bartlett Street? I find it so troubling that Eric Ruise's murder is still unsolved. It’s terrifying to think that none of the witnesses have come forward with enough information. How can it be that in broad daylight, with so many people around, there are no leads or arrests? It just makes you wonder what can be done differently so people feel safe enough to speak up. My heart goes out to Eric’s family and friends who have to live with the uncertainty and pain every single day. The community deserves answers and security. Let's hope someone with information finds the courage to come forward. If anyone out there knows anything, please help bring closure to those who are suffering.
