I've been following Jayquan Lewis's case since it happened, and it's just so unsettling how the suspect, Kemel Smith, has managed to evade capture for so long. It must be unbearable for Jayquan's family and friends to know who is responsible but still not see justice served. It makes you wonder about the challenges law enforcement faces in cases like this. I'm hoping there's a breakthrough soon. Someone out there knows something, and it's crucial they come forward to help bring some peace to Jayquan's loved ones. Has anyone heard of any updates or movements in the investigation recently?

It says he as arrested in Georgia on November 2022

yeah, looks like arrested in Georgia in November 2022, extradited to New York, and later indicted on serious felony charges.

Its strange thou you cant find anything supporting this.

Looks like they updated the case. This is one of those I was following.
