Has anyone else been thinking about the surviving employee from the shooting? It must be incredibly traumatic for them, not just having to survive such a terrifying event, but also losing a colleague in such a sudden and violent manner. The physical and emotional recovery from being shot, coupled with the grief of losing someone you worked alongside daily, is unimaginable. I hope they're getting the support they need to heal. This aspect of the case really underscores how the ripples of violence affect so many more lives than we immediately think of. My heart truly goes out to them as they navigate the aftermath of that horrible day.
