I've been following the case of Duel Collins and feel deeply for his family and community. Something that's been on my mind is the timing of the shooting, right before the heavy rains from Hurricane Ida. It makes me wonder if the bad weather that followed might have affected the crime scene or even slowed down witnesses coming forward. I mean, who knows what crucial evidence might have been missed or lost in those conditions? It's a shame, considering every piece of information could be vital to solving this case.
