Hey everyone, I've been digging into Marcel Arrington's case, trying to wrap my head around the ripple effects his tragic death had on his community, especially around William Floyd High School. It's really telling how one act of violence can stir so much concern and fear. I heard that after the shooting, they ramped up security at the school, which must have been so jarring for the students. Those increased security measures likely heightened the tension and stress for everyone, especially since Marcel himself was once a student there. It’s troubling that, despite these efforts, there haven’t been any arrests. It’s like his killer vanished into thin air. I can't imagine how hard this must be for Marcel's friends who still attend that school, having to process their loss while navigating these security precautions. If anyone has any insights or thoughts about what else the community could do to help the police or to just support each other during this difficult time, I’d love to hear them. Let’s keep Marcel’s memory alive and continue pushing for answers. His family, friends, and classmates deserve closure.
