I was just reading about Julius Greer Jr., and it's such a tragedy that his life was cut short. I can't imagine what his family is going through right now, and my heart goes out to them. I was particularly struck by the fact that he was just doing something so mundane—going to the store to pick up dinner—and never came back. It's a chilling reminder that violence can strike so unexpectedly and randomly.
I've seen discussions on here about whether or not the surveillance footage from the Gold More Mini Market has provided any leads. Does anyone know if there have been any updates on this aspect? It just seems so crucial that any available footage is thoroughly examined to see if it can provide any clues or help to identify the shooter.
I continue to hope that someone with information will come forward to help bring some peace to Julius's family. It's important that we keep this case on our radars and support the Greer family in their pursuit of justice.
I recently saw a thread about Julius Greer Jr.'s case and wanted to share my thoughts. I've been following the news on this tragedy, and I keep thinking about that Gold More Mini Market on North Street. It’s chilling to imagine such violence happening in a place where people from the neighborhood, like Julius, simply go to run errands. It’s supposed to be a community spot, not a place where a young life is taken.
What’s really bothering me is the thought that someone might have seen something that evening around 6 p.m. It's a busy time—people probably popping in after work or just going about their daily routine. Witnesses could hold key pieces of the puzzle.
If anyone was there or knows someone who was, even the smallest detail could be crucial. This wasn't just a loss for his family but for all of us in the community. We owe it to Julius and his family to help find justice and bring some form of closure to this senseless act. Let’s keep pushing for answers and make sure his memory drives us to end the cycle of violence.
