I can't stop thinking about the witnesses who were around E. 92nd Street at the time of the shooting. It must be incredibly traumatic for them to have seen something like this unfold right in front of them. I hope they were able to get support from friends, family, or counseling services in the aftermath. Those who were there and might have seen the suspects fleeing could hold valuable information to help bring justice for Kyle. It’s unfortunate that fear might prevent people from coming forward, but here's hoping that anyone with even the smallest bit of information feels empowered to speak up soon. It’s important for the community to rally together to try to prevent another tragedy like this from happening.
I just want to take a moment to remember Kyle Jason Jeremiah Lewis. I didn't know him personally, but I've been following the news and it's truly devastating. Losing someone in such a violent way is just unfathomable, and I can't begin to imagine the pain his family is going through right now. It's been over a year since the incident, and there haven't been any arrests. Why is this taking so long? I feel for his loved ones who are still waiting for answers and justice. This really hits home about the ongoing issue of gun violence in our communities. It's scary and sad to think about what’s happening so close to home, and it’s a stark reminder that things need to change. I hope the community can come together to support each other and push for more effective measures. If anyone out there has any information, please come forward for Kyle’s family. They deserve to know what happened to their loved one.
Hey everyone,
I've been following Kyle Jason Jeremiah Lewis's case and can't stop thinking about the ongoing impact this tragedy must have on his family. While the focus right now is (rightfully) on finding justice for Kyle, I also keep wondering about how his loved ones are doing in the midst of all this. It must be unimaginably difficult to deal with such a sudden and violent loss.
I recently read that Kyle's brother has been really vocal in the local community, attending meetings and speaking out about the need for peace and justice in the area. It's incredible that he's turning his pain into action, but I can't help but hope that he and the rest of Kyle's family have the support they need as they navigate these rough days.
If any of you are in the community or know of resources that might be helpful to Kyle's family, please consider reaching out. We often discuss justice, but emotional support is critical too. If anyone has more information, keep sharing here—sometimes community support can bring pieces of the puzzle together.
Hoping for justice and healing,
