I've been thinking a lot about the other guy who was shot outside the building on the same night as Sean Mingo. It's so puzzling and honestly worrying that he's uncooperative with the police. I get that there are often reasons why people don't come forward, but I'm just wondering how much he might know about what went down.
Considering Sean's sister's heartache and the family's plea for understanding, it really makes you wish for some resolution, even a small piece of clarity to help bring them peace.
