Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this tragic incident must have had on Matthew Webb’s coworkers who witnessed the altercation? I can't even begin to imagine how terrifying it must've been for them to see such violence unfold right where they work every day. Workplace incidents like this are far too often overlooked, but the emotional trauma for those employees must be immense. I hope McDonald's is offering some sort of counseling or support to help them cope. My heart truly goes out to the entire community affected by this, especially those young employees who faced firsthand the harsh reality of violence over something as trivial as cold French fries. They certainly deserve justice and compassion during this difficult time.
