Does anyone else find it strange that Teddy Ellis, who escaped from the Dick Conner Correctional Facility, hasn't left behind any solid trail after all these years? I get that it's been decades since his escape in 1986, but with modern technology and databases, you'd think there'd be at least something. It's almost like he vanished into thin air.
