Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the location where David Harper was killed — the 700 block of Glacier Avenue. Given its proximity to the D.C. border, it makes me wonder if there’s a possibility the investigation crossed jurisdictions. Sometimes these areas can complicate investigations if the local and state authorities aren't on the same page or resources are stretched thin. It’s tough to think about what David’s family must be going through, especially with no solid leads reported. I feel like sometimes cases falter in these overlapping jurisdictions. I truly hope those involved in the investigation are given every means necessary to work together and bring answers to his loved ones.
