Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic events surrounding the shooting on Spanish Town Rd., and one detail I'm struggling to wrap my head around is the complete randomness of it all. Why would anyone target a couple of friends just talking outside, and an innocent person just getting off work? It’s chilling to think about how your life can change in an instant like it did for Tyrone, Timothy, and poor Donna. Donna's survival is nothing short of a miracle, but I can’t even begin to imagine what she's going through, both physically and emotionally. It’s got to be such a heavy burden knowing she lost her fiancé and friend in such a violent way. I hope she has a strong support system around her and is getting all the help she needs to cope with this horror. What gets me is the lack of leads. It’s terrifying that the perpetrator(s) still haven’t been caught. I wonder if it was someone they knew, or a case of mistaken identity? I really hope BRPD can find some answers soon and bring justice to the families. It's haunting to think this happened so early in the morning when everything seems quieter and safer. Just a gut-wrenching reminder to cherish each day. My thoughts are with the victims’ families. Stay safe out there, everyone.
