Has anyone else been struck by how odd it is that Laurel's car was found so far from her home in an area she didn't usually frequent? If she was heading to an appointment, why leave the car in an apartment complex in Detroit? I've been trying to piece together scenarios. Did she know someone who lived there, or did she end up there unintentionally? I read somewhere that locked cars can sometimes hint the person left voluntarily at that moment. But if that's true, why hasn’t there been any sign of her after all these years? This whole situation just reminds me of how crucial small details can be and how easily they can get overlooked. What do you all think? Anyone local to the area back then that remembers something unusual around that time?
