I’ve been following the case of Victor Underwood, and something that sticks out to me is the location where it happened—the 3000 block of Liberty Heights Avenue. For those familiar with the area, what’s the vibe like around there? Is it typically a busy spot or quieter? I’m curious about the surroundings and whether there might have been potential witnesses who overlooked something due to the routine hustle and bustle. It's distressing that no one has come forward yet, and I can only imagine the anguish Victor’s family and friends are experiencing as they wait for answers. If anyone was in the area that night and might recall anything, no matter how small it seems, it could be crucial to helping the investigation.
