I’ve been thinking a lot about the community in Harbour House and how they must be feeling with Lamont Scurry’s case still unresolved. It’s been over eight years, and I can only imagine the frustration and pain they endure as they wait for justice. Someone knows something, and it’s so important for that person to come forward. I also wanted to bring attention to the fact that sometimes, in cases like these, people might be hesitant to share information because of fear or distrust in law enforcement. But there are anonymous ways to provide tips, like through Metro Crime Stoppers, for those who might be worried about their identity being revealed. My heart goes out to Lamont’s family and friends. Their loved one was taken from them too soon, and they deserve answers. Let’s hope that this post might reach someone who knows more, and encourages them to finally speak up.
