Has anyone here looked into the weather reports from the day the *Risky Business* sank? I've read a few accounts suggesting that conditions were particularly harsh off the coast of Frenchboro around that time in February '91. Given how treacherous the Maine waters can be, I'm wondering if rough seas played a bigger role than initially reported, or if there's more to the story that hasn't come to light yet. It seems odd that a vessel would go down so suddenly with such experienced crew members. Maybe someone with maritime expertise can shed some light on how typical winter weather patterns might have affected their chances of survival or even the search efforts afterward. Any insights would be much appreciated!
