I was digging a bit into Dorian Faulkner’s case, and it got me thinking about the challenges faced by friends and family when a loved one’s murder goes unsolved. It’s incredibly frustrating and, at times, must feel utterly helpless. Dorian’s murder happened in an area known for its crime, but you’d think with all the technological advances, there’d at least be a lead or two by now. My heart goes out to her family. They deserve answers and closure, just like every family in similar situations. I wonder if community involvement could help push things forward? Sometimes, it feels like the more people speak up and share what they know, the harder it becomes for details to stay hidden. Anyone here familiar with initiatives or ways communities around Baltimore can support families or bring attention to cold cases like hers?
