Has anyone else been following the Joseph Gerald Riley and Mark Wayne Adamson case from Barstow? I was reading about it, and something that really sticks out to me is the connection to the Mojave Desert. It seems like a vast and difficult area to thoroughly search for remains. I've read about other cases where similar desert terrains have been used to conceal evidence due to the sheer scope and remoteness. It's been so many years, and while the charges and convictions are a step towards justice, it’s unsettling that we still don't know their final resting place. Does anyone know if there have been recent search efforts or any new tech that could help in such a daunting location? It's just heartbreaking to think about families waiting all these years without closure. If anyone has more info or theories on this aspect of the case, please share!
