Has anyone ever looked into James O'Herrin's medical history around the time he went missing? I came across a similar case where a person disappeared under somewhat mysterious circumstances, and it was later discovered that they had been dealing with undiagnosed medical issues. It just makes me wonder if something like that could have happened with James. It seems odd that he would just walk away from everything without a trace. Could there have been a reason connected to his health that no one knew about at the time? Just a thought, and maybe worth exploring again after all these years. Anyone else considered this angle?

Does anyone else find it odd that there hasn’t been a single confirmed sighting of James Neil O'Herrin since he went missing in December 1995? I mean, Oak Park isn't exactly a huge, isolated area, and someone would surely have seen him or heard something. The fact that he seemingly vanished into thin air is puzzling. I keep thinking about that distinctive scar near his knuckle. It’s such a unique feature; you’d think if someone saw him, it would be something they'd notice and remember. Has anyone heard if there's ever been any kind of organized event or social media push to bring attention back to James' case in recent years? Maybe it’s time to try to raise public awareness again. Thoughts?
