I’m also thinking a lot about this 13-year-old boy who got hurt too—I hope he’s recovering both physically and mentally. Can you imagine being at a party, having the time of your lives, and then such chaos and violence breaking out in seconds? It’s so unsettling. Ean Lanell Davis-Lattimore’s actions have me questioning why anyone would think of bringing a gun to a party where teens are celebrating a milestone. It’s just senseless. His life has changed forever too, and while there’s accountability to be had, it’s such an eye-opener about how disputes can escalate so quickly with terrible consequences.
