Does anyone know if there was any particular reason Handre Neal was on Kilmer Lane that night? I lived in the Louisville area around that time, and Kilmer Lane wasn’t a place many people went unless they had a reason. It’s baffling to me that no leads have come up after all these years. My heart truly goes out to Handre’s family and loved ones. The pain of unanswered questions must be immense. If anyone has even a small piece of information, it could be what finally brings resolution to this case.
