Does anyone know if there were any events or festivals happening in Tucson around early June 1997? I'm curious if Lawrence might have had a specific reason for traveling to Arizona from Florida or if he was just visiting. It's such an unusual distance for an impromptu trip, and I wonder if there could have been something that drew him to that area besides the usual tourist spots. It seems like a very long way to go without a clear plan, especially considering he ended up being left near I-10 and E. Irvington Rd. Any insights or local knowledge from that time would be helpful!
