Does anyone have information about local events happening in Conyers around the time Tammy Fortson went missing? I've been trying to piece together what the area was like back then. It might give us some insight into her disappearance. Was there anything unusual or noteworthy happening in early October 1997 that might have affected her or could jog someone's memory? I can't help but wonder why it took so long for Tammy Brena Fortson to be reported missing. Over six weeks seems like a long time, especially for a young woman who just vanished into thin air.
