In the fall of 1997, a quiet mystery began to unfold in Conyers, Georgia, with the disappearance of 28-year-old Tammy Brena Fortson. On October 2nd of that year, Tammy was last seen in the Christian Circle area of her community. She informed her mother she was making a simple trip to the store and departed on foot.
