Hey everyone,
I was looking into the tragic case of Melvin Harper's murder and stumbled across something that's been bugging me. Melvin was shot in the 2600 block of Ridgely Street, and from what I've read, it seems like a pretty quiet neighborhood. Does anyone familiar with the area have any insights into whether there have been similar incidents there before or since? It just strikes me as odd considering the lack of developments in Melvin's case.
I can't imagine what his family and friends must be going through, having no answers for so long. If anyone has been following this or has any local knowledge, it would be great to hear more about the area's history. Every little detail could be crucial in finding justice for Melvin.
Thanks in advance for any insights or thoughts.
