Hey everyone, I've been following Jamar D. Hamby's case for a while and my heart goes out to his family and friends who still have no answers. What really strikes me is the location of the incident — 305 N. 19th Street. Does anyone know if this area was known for being particularly dangerous back in 2007? It seems like understanding the dynamics of the neighborhood at the time might give us some clues or at least context about what might have happened. Maybe someone familiar with Louisville or who lived there during that time can shed some light. It's important we keep Jamar's memory alive and continue to push for justice.
