Did anyone else notice the weird coincidence about the timing of Rico's disappearance? I was reading through some old news articles and saw that it happened right around Halloween in 1998. I can't help but wonder if there's any significance to that. I know it might sound far-fetched, but could there have been some sort of event or party in the area that night or the day before? Maybe someone saw him or had some interaction with him before he vanished. It just strikes me as odd that he'd simply disappear on the eve of a holiday like that. I've been living in Lansing for just a few years, so I'm not familiar with how big Halloween celebrations were back then, but it might be worth digging into any local events around that time or asking long-time residents if anything seemed off. If anyone has lived in Lansing for a while, do you remember anything from then that might be relevant?
Hey everyone, I was reading about Dalrico “Rico” Braxton's case, and something struck me as really unusual. I've been tracking a lot of missing person cases, and there's usually some kind of trace or lead over time, but with Rico, it's like he completely vanished into thin air. No sightings, no suspicious bank activity, nothing!
Also, does anyone else find it odd that his car wasn’t mentioned in any reports I’ve read? Usually, in cases like this, they’d at least find it abandoned somewhere if he drove to work. So, did he walk, or did he have another means of getting there? Could there have been someone with him?
It got me thinking, maybe his car (if he had one) might be a crucial part of the puzzle. If anyone local remembers anything about cars moving unusually around Midwood Street or Waverly Road on the day he disappeared, it might be worth checking with the police, just in case! Always hoping for new insights to help bring closure to his loved ones.
