It's absolutely gut-wrenching to think about what Dominique's children went through, especially finding out about their mother's tragic death on Mother's Day. I can't even begin to imagine how painful that must have been for them. They lost their mother in such a violent way and were left to navigate life without her love and guidance. It really hits home how important it is to have better support systems in place for families dealing with domestic violence. It's clear that Dominique was trying to make things better for herself and her kids, but the cycle of abuse in her family was just relentless. I just hope her children are finding the support they need to heal from this unimaginable loss. ?️
