Does anyone else find it odd how Everet's truck was found just left on I-40, but there's no mention of any signs of struggle or anything suspicious inside? It's like he just vanished into thin air! I'm wondering if there's more to the area where his truck was found. Could it be an unusual place for vehicles to break down or to just pull over? I know it's been over 20 years, but was there any construction happening around mile marker 247 at that time, or maybe some hidden roads or paths leading into the woods nearby? It just seems strange that there were no clues at all. Anyone familiar with that stretch of I-40 who might have insights into whether it's a common place for vehicles to be abandoned? Surely someone saw something back then!
