I’ve been following the Richard Pearson case closely, and something I've been thinking about is the impact this tragedy has on the community he left behind. In the Medford neighborhood, it sounds like Richard was pretty well-known and loved by those around him. It's just so sad to hear about how his absence has affected his friends and family. Has anyone else been following the trial of Ronald Haskins? I keep thinking about the impact on Richard Pearson's family. It must have been such a relief for them to see some justice being served after that terrible ordeal. I read that the prosecution presented pretty damning evidence, but I can't imagine how difficult it must have been to sit through the trial and hear about everything again in detail.
