It’s clear she played such a significant role in supporting those around her. My heart goes out to her children; losing a parent is never easy, especially someone as beloved as Kimberly was. I hope that the balloon release brought some comfort to her family and friends by sharing those precious memories.
It’s frustrating to see how violence has impacted so many families in Baltimore. With McKinnon's arrest, I’m holding onto hope that justice will be served and that it sends a message to deter future violence. I’m glad the police are taking these cases seriously, ensuring that these weren’t just seen as random acts. Hoping the community continues to rally together to support each other through this difficult time.

A friend of mine mentioned attending the balloon release at Collington Square Park, and it sounded like a beautiful tribute, even though everyone was devastated.
