I was recently reading about Richard Williams' case and something struck me about his last known movements. Given that he was last seen heading to a BART station, it makes me wonder if there might be surveillance footage from that day that could provide any clues. I knew some stations had cameras back then, but I'm not sure about the archival situation in 2004. Does anyone know if footage from that time might still exist, or if it would have been looked at thoroughly by investigators? Sometimes these things sit unreviewed in a database for years. It feels like a slim lead, but it's something that might just turn the tide. Thoughts?
