I’ve been following Marvin White’s tragic case for a while, and it’s just so frustrating to see it still unsolved after all these years. Marvin was an 84-year-old Korean War vet, who should have been safe in his own home. The fact that someone could do this to such a kind and vulnerable person is chilling. I can’t even imagine the pain his family must be going through, having to live with unanswered questions for so long. It must feel like a constant, unresolved anguish. I keep hoping that someone remembers something, however small, that could finally lead to a break in the case. If there’s anyone out there with info, it's so important to reach out. Marvin—and his family—deserve justice.

Reading about Marvin White's case just broke my heart. I was particularly struck by the fact that he was a Korean War veteran who survived so much only to have his life taken in such a violent manner in his own home. It's a cruel twist of fate that someone who served our country would fall victim to such a horrendous crime in later years. I’ve been thinking about the neighborhood on South 40th Street where this happened. Did neighbors notice anything unusual around that time or in the days leading up to November 12, 2011? Sometimes people remember details that don't seem significant until much later. It's been over a decade, and even the smallest recollection might make a difference. If anyone who lived nearby back then is reading this, maybe consider going over what you remember from that time. I hope more people come forward with any bit of information that could help. Marvin and his family deserve justice and peace. Let's hope that one day soon, whoever did this is found and held accountable.
