Has anyone else been following the case of Terrence Broughton? It's really concerning how this one, like so many others, just seems to have stalled. I just can’t stop thinking about his family and friends, having to face another day without answers. I read that Terrence was killed in broad daylight on East Biddle Street, and it makes you wonder if someone saw something, anything, that could help. It’s frustrating to see so many unsolved cases in Baltimore. With all the violence, I feel the community could really benefit from more resources and support for witnesses who might be scared to come forward. It's promising to hear that the police are still on this, but it seems like they really need a break or some collaboration from the community to move forward. Anyone have any updates or thoughts on what more can be done to support investigations like this?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the case of Terrence Broughton, and something that’s really been on my mind is the role of community involvement in these investigations. Without any arrests or suspects identified in his tragic murder, I'm wondering what more can be done to encourage witnesses or local residents to come forward with information.
It feels like so many cases are stuck in limbo because people might be scared or skeptical about getting involved. How can we support these communities better, so they feel safe and motivated to help solve these crimes? I can’t imagine the pain Terrence's family must be going through without answers. It's frustrating to see cases like his fade into the background when there’s possibly someone out there with key information.
What do you guys think could be done differently? Are there any programs you know about that are effective in bridging the gap between communities and law enforcement?
Sending thoughts to Terrence’s family and everyone else affected by this senseless pattern of violence.
