Did anyone else come across the Facebook Live video that Rajaee Black posted before the tragic events unfolded? It's a chilling reminder of how online platforms can be unwitting stages for these horrifying declarations. I'm not sure how many people saw it live, but the fact that he felt the need to broadcast his intentions there just blows my mind. It makes me wonder about the responsibility social media companies have in these situations—if there's any way they can intervene. More importantly, though, this entire situation just leaves me thinking of Wendy, Tara, and their families. None of this should have happened, and I can't even imagine the anguish and anger they're going through. Have there been any community initiatives or support efforts in place following this tragedy to help the families or raise awareness about domestic violence? Would love to learn more about how the local community is responding.

Hey everyone, I still can't wrap my head around how those sweet kids are coping with all of this. I mean, they're just so young and have been through something no child should ever have to experience. I can't even imagine the trauma and confusion they must be going through after losing both parents in such a violent way. It's just such a cruel twist of fate that they were left unharmed physically but will carry this emotional burden for the rest of their lives. I hope they are with family now who are able to provide them with the love and care they need. It breaks my heart to think about the road ahead for them. Let's keep them in our thoughts. If anyone has seen any updates on how they're doing or if there are any ways to support them, please share. They deserve a chance at finding some kind of peace and normalcy after losing so much. Sending strength to everyone affected by this tragedy. ?

I've been following the Wendy Natalie Black case, and it's just so distressing to think about the system's failures here. I can't shake off the thought of how Wendy had reached out for help multiple times, and yet those protective orders weren't granted. It's an appalling reminder of how often victims aren't believed or their fears are minimized until it's too late. I've read that the argument is sometimes made that protective orders can be misused, but when we see outcomes like these, doesn't it clearly show that something needs to change? It's infuriating and incredibly sad to see lives lost when there might have been a chance to prevent it. We really need to push for stronger, more reliable support systems for those brave enough to seek help amidst such terror. My heart goes out to Wendy’s family and her children, who have to navigate life without her now. Thoughts?
