Has anyone else noticed the strange uptick in violence around West Baltimore around the time Monique Billinger was killed? It’s heartbreaking—Monique was one of those rare gems who always had a smile and a song for everyone. I was reading through some of the comments from friends and family, and it’s clear she was deeply loved. I mean, how often do you hear about someone who loved singing in both a church choir and in her everyday life, bringing joy wherever she went? I can’t help but wonder if the increase in crime is connected somehow. Does anyone here have any insights into the patterns of violence in that area? I feel like sharing info with the police could be crucial at this moment. I really hope someone comes forward soon. Monique deserves justice, and her family deserves peace. Such a senseless loss should not be forgotten or go unsolved. Keeping her loved ones in my thoughts.
