I've been following the case of Leion Davis Jr. and William Ferebee, and everything about it is so deeply unsettling. One thing I keep thinking about is the role of technology in catching criminals like Datuan Blanchard. The historical cell phone data was crucial in placing him at the scene, ultimately leading to his conviction. It blows my mind how something as simple as a phone can hold so much information about our whereabouts. Thank goodness for this technological aspect that helped bring justice for Leion and William. It's moments like these that remind us of the weight of technological advancements in solving crimes. My heart goes out to their families; I hope the conviction provides some semblance of relief. I'm also curious if this reliance on digital evidence will become more common in future cases, perhaps even preventing crimes from happening in the first place. Thoughts?
