I've been following Marco Deangelo Sawyer's case closely, and something that's really been sticking with me is the community's response. It’s just so powerful to see how deeply Marco was loved and how fiercely his circle of friends and family are working to keep his memory alive and seek justice. I’ve read about several candlelight vigils and gatherings organized by his loved ones, not just to mourn, but to honor the person he was.
It's inspiring and heartbreaking to watch them rally for answers, especially considering there still hasn’t been much movement from law enforcement on identifying suspects. It feels like every week, someone new from the community steps up to offer support or share memories, showing just how far-reaching Marco’s kindness was.
