Has anyone else come across any info or theories about who initially tackled Salinas after the shooting? It seems like whoever did was possibly a hero trying to prevent things from escalating further. I get the impression that a lot of chaos broke out in the moments after Luis was shot, which must have been terrifying for everyone there. My thoughts go out to Luis's family, especially his child. No one should have to lose a loved one in such a way, and it makes you question how things went so wrong that night.
